General planner services for the creation of two roofs with PV systems including the necessary technical building equipment for two parking garages from the Schleswig-Holstein University Hospital (UKSH) in Kiel and Luebeck as well as a transformer station for the Luebeck parking garage.

A general planning company is sought for both parking garages, which is an overall optimum within all in can determine this tender framework conditions and across all required trades. The parking garages are one Halbramping parking houses that offer both UKSH employees as well as visiting space for the assumption of cars. The parking garages are each equipped with a facade covered with textile membrane. Apart from the access to the top floor, the parking garages are currently not covered. E-charging stations for charging electric cars are already available at both locations. The number of e-charging stations is to be further expanded at both locations as part of a parallel project (not the subject of this tender). The roofing should be static and designed To be prepared and stated in such a way that a PV system can be installed on it.
