The subject of this VGV award procedure is the necessary service
- the structure planning within the meaning of § 49ff remuneration according to § 52 HOAI
- Building physics /(thermal insulation, construction acoustics, spatial acoustics) within the meaning of Appendix 1 to § 3 paragraph 1 of the HOAI and a remuneration:
1.2.3 for thermal insulation
1.2.4 For construction acoustics
1.2.5 for room acoustics
Planning performance structure & building physics BV03 Willi Fahrmann School
The new construction of the Willi Fahrmann School is planned as a wooden skeletal building based on a grid of 1.35 m. The ceilings are more visible in the competition design as HVB ceilings Beam position considered. Alternatively, wooden beam ceilings with BSB plate pad must also be examined. The wingspan in the classes of the design is approx. 6.80 m. To ensure an economic construction, the ceilings are largely elemented.
