Description:
The planned measure includes the construction of a new community accommodation in a modular construction for up to 200 refugees on a property on the Stummer/Servetstr., Flst.-Nr. 678/0, district of allach-submenzing. The property is an undeveloped approx. 8,400 m2Area that was previously used for agriculture.
As part of the planned construction work, a urban emergency district for approx. 200 people is to be built in a 2-storey construction. The planning is primarily for the target group of single people and families. The accommodation is in double roomsand family apartments planned. In addition to common rooms and kitchens, the sanitary equipment should take place in individual and community sanitary areas. The temporary construction is to be built in a modular system construction by a general contractor. Based on the design and approval planningthe execution planning is carried out by the general contractor. The performance pictures to be commissioned are adapted accordingly.
The systems to be processed also include the following systems of non -public development and technical systems in outdoor facilities - periphery.
