- Enercity Netz GmbH is planning a new construction of a district heating conversation. The building site is located in the inner-city area of Hanover on Karl-Wiechert-Allee 62b, in the Grossbuchholz district. The building is divided into a switchgear building, a 110 kV GIS-and one 10 kV switchgear. The entire building is under cellar. The basement serves as a cable cellar for the technical systems. Outside, 2 transformers with foundations and Oelauffang trays are to be built. The transformers each have a power of 63 MVA. The front part of the parcel 472/3 of the Grossbuchholz district measures approx. 46m x 34m, which is to be used for the new construction of the substation. The rest of the area is intended for a later, planned new construction of a P2H system. The property is fully developed and has a direct access.
