Description:
In order to ensure the standard of subsequent use and to upgrade the properties in Sondershausen, the owner intends to act as a project sponsor for the basic structural renovation of the "Petersenschacht" building complex. This particularly applies to existing damage to the building structure (roof/facade). Basic pipes, building foundations and renovation of windows.
This affects the locations Elbingerode, Harzgerode, Wimmelburg, Bischofferode and Wipperdorf.
This applies Scope of services according to HOAI 2021 for the service images:
