Description:
Provision of property and specialist planning services for HOAI 2021 with associated special services.
The headframe, in addition to the shaft, machine and colliery buildings, since 2007 as a technical monument (Zwickau Office for Building Regulations and Monument Preservation). Since 2019, shaft 371 and the surrounding heap landscape have been part of the "uranium ore mining landscape" within the UNESCO World Heritage Montanregion Erzgebirge/Krušnohoři.
Because of its historically important role When extracting uranium ore, the area of shaft 371 is to be designed in the future as a presentation site for the "Heritage of Wismut" by the Wismut Foundation gGmbH for the general public to experience.
Regarding its authenticity, singularity and exceptional historical significance as remaining evidence of uranium mining, the Wismut Stiftung gGmbH pursues the monument preservation goal of preserving the building ensemble with the support frame.
The 4-story shaft house consists made of a skeleton construction made of reinforced concrete with clinker brickwork. The monolithic ceilings are also made of reinforced concrete with partially inserted steel platforms.
