Description:
The municipal company Krefeld AoeR intends to carry out the renewal of the rainwater treatment plant on Anrather Strasse. For this purpose, a suitable planning office/a combination of several offices is being sought, which will provide the necessary planning services.
The rainwater treatmentThe Anrather Strasse development facility is located in the south of the Krefeld urban area, west of the Fischeln district. The facility is located north of Anrather Strasse and east of Hoeffgeshof (Anrather Strasse 291).
The rainwater treatment plant was built in 1979 as an earth basin for rainwater infiltration mbuilt with an upstream stormwater overflow basin. For the original dimensioning of the plant, an approximately 40-hectare, predominantly agricultural area was assumed.
The catchment area connected to the existing treatment plant has changed significantly (to approx. 90 ha) since the plant was builtincreases. In addition to the original areas, a large part of the Europark Fichtenhain A and B is now connected. Furthermore, the use of the connected areas has changed. Today, the catchment area is mainly characterized by trade and logistics.
Due to the enlarged and changedIn the first catchment area, the existing system for rainwater infiltration is too small and the cleaning capacity is no longer sufficient.
