- The subject of the order is the preparation of the development plan no. 08/1/23 "Industrial and commercial area Kittlitz-West".
The resolution includes the approx. 14 ha plan area west of the A13 federal motorway, near the Kittlitz motorway exit.
Target of the city Luebbenau/Spreewald is the extensionof the Kittlitz industrial and commercial area across from the motorway. At the same time, currently agriculturally used areas are to be restructured and activated in order to create building land for new industrial or commercial settlements.
In the present case, due to the size of the Vo18.5.1. to carry out an environmental impact assessment (EIA) in accordance with Annex 1 to the Environmental Compatibility Act (UVPG). Since a development plan procedure within the meaning of Section 2 Paragraph 6 No. 3 UVPG is carried out, the UVP is carried out in accordance with Section 50 UVPG as part of the environmental assessment (UP) in the development plan processear. Extensive investigations have to be carried out, so that several expert reports are required for this.
