• The client intends to represent the overall service “planning service for development planning for traffic areas and infrastructure” in the following three trades: Trade 1, development planning, drainage systems Trade 2, development planning Infrastructure (water, district heating, electricity, telecommunications systems and lighting) Trade 3 Development planning, traffic systems and technical equipment The following service phases should be carried out for all trades: - Service phase 1 Basic determination - Service phase 2 preliminary planning - service phase 3 draft planning - approval planning is no longer necessary, approval of the draft planning is sufficient. - Service phase 5 execution planning - Service phase 6 Preparation of the award - Service phase 7 Participation in the awarding of the contract - Service phase 8 Construction management - Service phase 9 Property management and documentation - Special services: Cost sharing among three cost bearers, route coordination, marking and signage plan, coordination of the Overall project, local construction supervision. According to HOAI 2021, Section 3 Engineering Structures and Section 4 Traffic Facilities.
