Description: Planning and construction supervision services for the new construction of a fire station in Herbstein
The city of Herbstein intends to build a fire station with the option to expand on a plot of land on Hessenstrasse within the legally binding development plan "Kurgebiet". In addition to the vehicle hall, in which space is to be created for 6 vehicles, rooms are also to be planned for operations and exercises, for training, residence and administration, as well as workshops, storage and technology. Approx. 35 parking spaces, driveways and an alarm and exercise yard are to be provided in the outdoor area. The relevant guidelines and standards for fire stations as well as the requirements of the funding agency must be taken into account in the planning. According to the feasibility study, the gross floor area of the building is estimated at around 1,650 square meters.
