Description:
The WAZV Saalkreis has set itself the goal of reducing the total energy requirements of the Landsberg sewage treatment plant and increasing the proportion of in-house electricity generation. For this reason, a potential study was drawn up as a first step. The result of this study is the procedural engineering Switching to anaerobic sludge treatment and general energy optimization of the system is recommended. Since the general conditions of the sewage treatment plant have changed in the meantime with regard to future capacity utilization, the measures specified in the potential study are no longer simply valid and must be critically questioned. For this reason, a plan for energy optimization of the system should now be developed, whereby the system must be viewed holistically. The overarching goal is the energetic optimization of the wastewater treatment plant, taking all relevant factors into account Framework conditions. This requires comprehensive planning services according to HOAI in the areas of buildings, engineering structures, traffic systems, technical equipment, EMSR and structural planning.
