Description:
The municipality of Alt Schwerin is awarding planning services for the demolition and construction of the volunteer fire department in Alt Schwerin through the Malchow office. The Alt Schwerin Volunteer Fire Department currently has a building at Dorfstrasse 23, 17214 Alt Schwerin. Part of the existing building should be demolished. A new vehicle hall with a workshop and changing areas is to be built next to the existing building. The planning can be found in appendices B 2-2 to B 2-6. At the beginning of 2023, the planning services to be awarded here were already awarded as an overall contract to a planning office. There the contractor has ceased its business operations, the planning services in question must be awarded again. A geotechnical report is already available.
