Description:
At the same time, the signal boxes ESTW-UZ Oberhausen-West and ESTW-A Essen-Dellwig will be integrated into the DSTW system. The ESTW-UZ Oberhausen-West is a Bombardier Ebilock 950 ESTW, which is ready to be upgraded to an integrated sub-center. To avoid existing route adjustmentsThe Bft OB-West Oro signal box (E43 electromechanical signal box) and DU Meiderich-Ost (Sp Dr S60 relay signal box) are to be integrated into the ESTW-UZ Oberhausen-West.
The existing Essen-Dellwig signal box is currently used as a relay signal box with remote control by Oberhausen Mathilde in operation. TheThe LST system at the signal box in Essen-Dellwig (Fri) is missing and can no longer be kept operational until the DSD rollout. So the remote control had to be dispensed with and the signal box had to be manned locally. The Ebf signal box in Essen-Bergeborbeck is also missing and would be an AAdaptation to an ESTW/DSTW is no longer permitted.
