The subject of this VgV award procedure is the service required for this
- Project management in accordance with §2 AHO Issue No. 9 (March 2020) in the construction industry in the sense of project management as support for the client-side project management of the Eschweiler reconstruction company with the aim of Proactively support building owners according to the objective requirements of the project. These include:
o 1. Project preparation
o 2. Planning
o 3. Execution preparation
o 4th execution
o 5. Project completion

The competition for the new building was has already been announced and discussions are currently being held with the winner regarding the outstanding order.
In the following phases from the design of the competition to the completion of the sports center, the individual stages of the project with the following areas of action should be carried out operational support of the project management:
o Organization, information and documentation
o Qualities and quantities
o Costs and financing
o Dates and capacities
o Contracts and insurance
The reconstruction company should provide advice during these phases of the project be supported.
Project management services are expressly excluded. A flat rate must be charged for the services described.
