Description:
The city of Schwedt/Oder wants to award the planning services for rail transport facilities, service phases 1-4 (HOAI) in 3 lots. It is planned to "build a new rail freight connection between the expanded line "Berlin - Stettin" and the inland port of Schwedt/Oder" Lot 2a: Technical Equipment including structural planning for control and safety technology (LST) Lot 2b: Technical equipment including structural planning for overhead line systems (OLA) Lot 2c: Technical equipment including structural planning for electrical energy systems (EEA) to be planned. For performance phases 1-4 is already available a grant notice as part of the special program of the joint task "Improvement of the regional economic structure" (GRW). It is an important and significant project ("key project") of the Schwedt transformation process, which has a direct impact on the future topic of "accessibility and... Mobility" and also other future topics such as "business location", "innovation and science" and "quality of living and quality of life". It is the new construction of a non-federally owned public infrastructure to improve the connection to commercial enterprises in the form of an approx. 18 km long route between the "Stettiner Bahn" and the Schwedt/Oder inland port with the creation of connecting arches on the "Stettiner Bahn" both south towards Berlin and north towards Stettin.
