Planned services for the renovation of the refrigeration system in our central kitchen in the supply center at Oberen Eselsberg
Planning service: renovation of the Central kitchen refrigeration system
It are A total of 17 rooms with different cooling situations have to be considered, including 3 freezer rooms and 3 shock freezers, which also have to be replaced in the process. The air distribution should partly be ensured via hoses or nozzles. A decentralized cooling option is available for the conversion to be retained. The electrical connections must be checked and replaced if necessary.
Recooling should preferably be carried out with water. Air coolers can also be used as an option. The dry coolers can be set up on the roof, and possibly one can also be used to protect against failure Combination of both systems should be considered.
All data points and systems must be able to be connected to our BMS.
