Planning services in accordance with § 51 HOAI for the new building and the expansion of the fire brigade control center in Ronnenberg
The administration was from the Regional assembly commissioned to implement a new FTZ Ronnenberg building. The building no longer corresponds to today's requirements for the fulfillment of the original tasks of a fire service center (FTZ). The available vehicle halls are not for the dimensions of new ones Firefighters designed. In addition, a needs -oriented expansion of the entire fleet of the fire brigade operating vehicles is steadily expanded. Regulations on the accommodation of certain substances and the higher space requirements have also changed as well as the general space required (approx. 7.145 M2 NF) for the accommodation of necessary materials, test benches and operating equipment from the fire brigade.
The completion of the project is planned for the 1st Q 2029. The total budget is around € 47 million gross (Of which kg 300 approx. 15.3 million gross and kg 400 approx. 7 million gross). The other planning services are advertised in separate procedures.
