Planning services LP 1-8 for the measure of renewal rainfall and wastewater canal as well as the full construction of the municipality of Scharbeutz, Kiepenberg 4. BA
Planning services according to HOAI performance phases 1-8 and local construction monitoring
The municipality of Scharbeutz and the ZVO are planning in a common project to renew the rainfall (municipality, location drainage company) and the wastewater canal (ZVO). The area includes part of the Kiepenberg street. The course and scope are shown in the attached position plans (Appendix A). The main channel has a length of around 500m each. The new Channels should be renewed in almost the same route, except optimizations (e.g. saving control shafts, new dimensions RW-channel or similar). For rainwater, a check or recalculation of the pipe dimension must be carried out due to increased initial inserts. For common Performance positions are to be developed in accordance with the shares of the individual trades, a cost key or dividing the positions directly. The channels are located on the entire route in the public area. For rainwater, the dimensioning, according to the current state of the art, is Adjusting, dirty water is renewed in DN 200. The work must be carried out in sections, so that the impairment of residual traffic is reduced to a necessary level.
