Description:
The planning project in question includes the complete planning services across the HOAI service phases 1 to 8 with step-by-step commissioning. The tendered services include all the necessary planning (including temporary construction measures) from the areas of civil engineering (paragraphaph 43f HOAI) including planning of the traffic facilities (the outdoor area planning is carried out by the AG's external landscape planner), structural planning (paragraph 51f HOAI), planning of the technical equipment (paragraph 55f HOAI) (process engineering/plant construction/HVAC; electrical engineering and process control technology) andthe coordination of these plans with one another. The planner is also responsible for coordinating the entire project.
