Description:
The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH was broadcast by the state of Berlin as part of the Berlin school building offensive (BSO), the construction of new school buildings in the field of high schools and secondary schools according to the pedagogical mission statement of the Berlin Compermannschule.
According to the building standards of the Berlin school building offensive (BSO) are all plans on the achievement of the silver standard of the valuation system sustainable building (BNB).
The Howoge Wohnungsbaugesellschaft intends to be on behalf of the State of Berlin, 23,000 m2 plot of land 70 / Orthstrasse 1 in 13357 Berlin-Mitte a 4-6-2 rapid community school with a special center of funding autism, a double sports hall with six indoor parts, as well as the necessary school open systems.
