- The subject of the award procedure is the allocation of architectural services for the object planning building according to § 34 HOAI for the construction project "Conversion and expansion of the Arche Noah daycare center" and the outdoor facilities § 38 HOAI. The starting point and project goals: The daycare center is in one Existing building housed from the 1970s, which was previously used as a primary school. Due to an increased need, renovation of the inventory and an expansion is required to take over the capacity to 100 children (of which at least 7 children under 2 years) in all -day care increase. The planned measure includes renovation and renovation work in the portfolio and the implementation of the expansion by an extension. A feasibility study including a design concept is included in the tender documents and serves as a conceptual basis that is responsible for the contractor to be checked and further developed. Power scope and gradual order: The assignment takes place gradually. Initially, only the LPH 1 to 4 are firmly commissioned according to HOAI.
