- HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies in the state of Berlin. As part of the Berlin school building offensive, HOWOGE is responsible for the construction and major renovation of schools for the state of Berlin. In this role, HOWOGE intends to build a new replacement Integrated secondary school with an integrated sports hall part as well as uncovered school open spaces and sports facilities in Berlin Tempelhof-Schoeneberg. Before the construction of the new school building, the school building must be dismantled with pollutant remediation to create a site ready for construction necessary. The subject of this award procedure is therefore engineering planning services for the dismantling with pollutant remediation of the buildings on the construction site, including existing traffic areas and infrastructure, as well as the preparation of the construction site.
