• Description:
• The city of Dormagen is planning an extensive renovation of the Hackenbroich school center, which dates back to the 1970s. In particular, the quality of the technical and structural systems as well as fire protection should be ensured so that a long-term use is possible. However, there are also other goals, such as: an energy-optimized building shell and system technology, the adaptation of the rooms to the school's educational concept, the use of sustainable materials Building materials and a DGNB silver certification are pursued. Funding from the “Energy-related renovation of municipal buildings in the Rhenish district” program will be used to implement the measures. The corresponding funding conditions apply observe.
