Description: At the Ragow substation, a new functional building is to be built to support the assets in Southbrandenburg and East Saxony for the East Regional Center and the Central Battle of the 50hzz.
In the course of the restructuring of the Ragov site, several projects are realized in parallel. In the immediate vicinity of the functional building, the central warehouse of the 50HZT is rebuilt. The planning services for the functional building and the central warehouse must be carried out in close coordination with the client and the planning holdings of the other projects.
The performance phase 1 - basic determination and the performance phase 2 - preliminary planning have already been provided by a planning office. The results of the preliminary planning are part of these request documents and to take into account in further planning. The other plans are to be provided to allow a successful construction of the buildings, lot 1 - functional building, lot 2 - central warehouse.
