Description:
The scope of the tender for a general planner or a TGA engineering office contains the entire HOAI performance phases 1 to 8 for the large-scale heat pump system as well as the entire system technology and technical building with influx structure. The system planning is to be handed over to a suitable general contractor (GU) according to the service phase 4 (approval planning). The execution planning (service phase 5) is then to be continued by a corresponding general contractor (GU). If no suitable general contractor can be found, the general planner or the TGA engineering office will take over the execution planning (performance phase 5 of the HOAI). Furthermore, both an upstream project assessment with regard to the economy (early cost estimate) as well as a creation of an overall heat concept (optimal mode of operation; basic load and top load view of the large -scale heat pump system) is included with the integration of CHP systems and boiler stock systems under the conditions for the operating method of the district heating network of the city network in Münster.
