Description:
The client (Federal Agency for Real Estate - BIMA) intends to award planning services for various modernization/renovation measures on the Federal Police Office, Bahnhofstrasse 11 in 38820 Halberstadt. The scope of the planning services contains the development of aSimple construction pad (EBU) as well as the services for the execution planning and for the construction implementation according to current RB building. The Bundeiien building in Halberstadt was built in the 1960s. In 1976 the building was used for the first time as a service building for the police. The gross base areais approx. 870 m2, the net base area is approx. 660 m2. The Federal Police building must be renovated energetically in compliance with the new planning requirements from the 2030 climate protection program and the energy efficiency festival for federal buildings (EEFB).
