Description:
It is a hard-borrowed tender without participation competition.
The planning services of the performance phase 5-7 for the construction project "redesign of the park plant saltapark to a multi-generation park" in the OT salt.
The submission deadline for the offer ends on 03.12.2021.
The planned project is a support measure of the Office for Agriculture, Floor Regulation and Forestry South.
Part of the services to be commissioned are the service phases 5 to 7 based on the HOAI 2013 § 39 - free facilities (Honorarzone III, minimum rate). We reserve a sectional commission.
The existing park "Salzapark" in the center of salt of salt with a size of approx. 30,000 m² is intended to be upgraded by a restructuring and spatial allocation of playing and active areas by means of terrain modeling and the arrangement of cross-generational gaming and sports equipment and thus the "Mehrgeneration Park Saltmünde" get extended.
For the consideration of the offer, planning references for the area of free-plane planning must be submitted (at least 3 reference letters).
