Description:
The subject of the present tender is the provision of specialist planning services for media technology in the buildings of the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in accordance with these procurement documents. The Department of Economics at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences is looking for a contractor (hereinafter referred to as or biddingnamed) a specialist planning office that plans the modernization or update of the media technology equipment of the business department on the campus, which advises project participants, accompanies the Europe-wide tenders of the measures to be carried out, the execution of the work,The integration into existing technical equipment and the commissioning of the media technology monitored and supervises the acceptance of the systems, revised and expanded an existing maintenance and service concept, as well as the accounting professionally and computers. The overall project of theModernization is divided into several sub -projects and is to be carried out in 2025 to 2028. The media technology in the 34 seminar rooms and lecture halls of the Department of Economics at the Moenchengladbach campus (spread over four buildings) should be modernized and expandedbecome. Extensive communication services are expected in German. In addition, there must be a high willingness to present on site (perception of appointments, accompanying the work, acceptance). The perception of appointments using VC platforms is only in exceptional casespossible (standard communication platform: zoom).
