Description:
Planning services of the service phases 1 - 8 for the construction of an administrative building of the district administration of the district of Vorpommern -Greifswald at the Anklam location (Demminer Str. 70 in 17389 Anklam).
Building planning
The subject of the order is the basic services in accordance with HOAI §§ 34/35 for the performance phases 1 to 8 for building planning. In addition, subsequent special achievements must be calculated for building planning:
? Set up and update a room book.
The fee zones proposed by the client and the eligible costs are the enclosed "Honorary offer" form to be removed. The assignment takes place:
? Level 1 - Basic determination, preliminary planning, design planning
Level 2 - approval planning, execution planning, preparation of the award
Level 3 - Participation in the allocation, object monitoring.
The participation of the planner to the regular Planning and construction discussions are required. The coordination of the specialist planners must be calculated.
Structural engineer
The subject of the order is the basic services in accordance with HOAI §§ 51/52 for performance phases 1 to 6. such as creating the formwork and reinforcement plans and design details for the object. The fee zones proposed by the client and the eligible costs can be found in the enclosed "Honorary offer" form. The commission is gradually:
