• Description:
• The client, the Institute for Solar Energy Research (ISFH), develops innovative components for the photovoltaic and solar thermal use of solar energy. Together with industrial partners, the institute promotes the use of solar energy applied research and the training of young people. The ISFH is a research institute in the state of Lower Saxony. The client is planning to build a new IST test hall (hereinafter: “construction project”) at the Am Ohrberg 1 location in 31860 as part of the project Emmerthal is building a new research hall for the integration of solar system technology (“IST”) including office space. The construction project is financed from specific and limited funding. The client's highest project goals are therefore compliance with the In total, i.e. including all planning, management and control tasks, the available funding amount is six (6) million euros net and the completion of the work (including the final invoice) up to and including service phase 8 by December 31, 2028.
