Description:
Klinikum Nordfriesland gGmbH operates a state-recognized school for health and nursing as well as a state-recognized school for physiotherapy at its Husum location. Both schools are currently housed in rented rooms in downtown Husum. Be in schools around 250 trainees are taught. A new building is to be built in Husum for both schools as an "education center for careers in the healthcare sector". The planning services for the technical equipment required for the new construction of the education center, system groups 1 to 3, 7 and 8, should be within the framework of the local negotiation process with participation competition. The awarding of the services of object planning, structural planning and specialist planning for technical equipment (system groups 4 to 6) takes place in parallel award procedures. The planning services for the fire protection concept Subsoil investigation / foundation recommendation, energy advice / GEG verification, planning of the outdoor facilities and advice on building acoustics are assigned to the 20% quota in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 9 VgV and awarded nationally.
