Description:
The city of Senftenberg intends the fundamental renovation or conversion of the Niederlausitzhalle including an adjacent functional building to a modern and contemporary multifunctional hall with new Semnar and conference building. The "Niederlausitzhalle" building complex is located in 01968 Senftenberg, Schillerstrasse 34, not far from the area of the Brandenburg University of Cottbus-Senftenberg. The buildings, including the property, are owned by the city of Senftenberg and are currently being used by an association. The building complex consists of "Three" structurally connected parts of the building. These are "a") The main building, the actual "Niederlausitzhalle", "B") an intermediate building with administrative and changing rooms (at the same time acting as a connector to the building part "c)) as well as" c ") another cultivation with connector, which is still serves as a purpose building (accommodation rooms etc.).
