- Planning services “Wärmenetz Obertürkheim” The “Wärmenetz Obertürkheim” project is intended to supply the Stuttgart-Obertürkheim district with renewable heat. The area has a heat requirement of approximately 17.7 GWh/a. Planning services for heating network Obertürkheim The “Wärmenetz Obertürkheim” project is intended to supply the Stuttgart-Obertürkheim district with renewable heat. The supply area in the “Wärmenetz Obertürkheim” project is designated as a critical area in the municipal heat planning because Due to the dense development, individual regenerative supplies are difficult to implement. The area has a heat requirement of approximately 17.7 GWh/a. The project primarily aims to use the waste heat from the “Green Hydrogen Hub” project of Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH. During hydrogen production in the Green Hydrogen Hub, waste heat is generated in the electrolysers. The resulting waste heat is to be used as a heat source for heat supply in the “Wärmenetz Obertürkheim” project. In addition, there is also the use of the local existing renewable sources such as geothermal energy, air and wastewater are taken into account.
