- Rheinnetz GmbH is planning new cable routes of the voltage level 110 kV to secure the supply of the Koelner city area on the left bank of the Rhine. To ensure the power supply in the 110kV area, the substation (hereinafter referred to as UW) in the middle and the UW North are to be used via a so -called transport route together be connected. The transport route comprises a geo -and -edition cable connection, i.e. the laying of 2 cable systems, each with a cable system in an approximately 0.6 m wide lean concrete block (offer phase Appendix 5.6). To comply with redundant care, the two cable systems must Spatially separate streets (GeoRDundanz), in the borderline, but at least on opposite sections of a common street are located. Various route variants were examined as part of preliminary planning (feasibility study). The overall project is entitled Tricol (Triangle Cologne) and consists of three sub -projects. The subject of this tender is only a section of the tricol 2 project, which provides for the connection between UW North (offer phase Appendix 5.4) and the connection point (AP) Kurt-Hackenbergplatz (offer phase Appendix 5.5). Project structure TRICOL 2 (Annex 5.1) The Tricol 2 project is divided into two main sections with different planning stands: • Tricol 2a (offer phase Appendix 5.2) o This section has already been examined as part of the preliminary planning. The preferential variant is approx. 5,101 m long shown in Annex 5.2 of the offer phase as Tricol 2. • Tricol 2b This section consists of two sections: O tricol 2b.1 Part of the Tricol 1b (offer phase Appendix 5.3) from UW Nord to AP Grabenstrasse, approx. 2,237 m in a double ditch construction.
