• The Association for Professional Development of the Construction Industry Nord e.V. (hereinafter: VBB Nord) operates the BAU ABC in Bad Zwischenahn. The BAU ABC in Bad Zwischenahn offers various training and further education measures for crafts, industry, commerce and the public facilities. It currently has 17 training halls for practical training with around 680 training places and over 750 training places. In addition, the 90,628 m² property has an administration building, a food bank and... two boarding school buildings with 192 overnight places. VBB Nord intends to construct new buildings and (partially) convert existing buildings on the BAU ABC property. Specifically, this includes the following buildings and areas: 1) Training workshop building 30 and the subsequent new construction of the training workshop halls, buildings 27 to 29. The training workshop hall, building 30, was completed in 2023 and is used for theoretical and practical inter-company initial training in the construction industry.
