Description:
The subject of the order is planning services for the project "Pandemic-resilient expansion of emergency care at the Evangelical Hospital Paul Gerhardt Stift in Lutherstadt-Wittenberg". The project is divided into two construction measures: "Structural and organizational restructuring of the Rerescue center (extension of the rescue center)" and "conversion of the reception station". These form separate construction phases (BA), which must also be billed separately in terms of fees. The planning services are tendered for both construction phases in the following 4 lots: Lot 1: Object planng Buildings including outdoor facilities and specialist planning, structural planning Lot 2: Specialist planning HLS, air conditioning and medical gases in the systems in cost groups 410, 420, 430 Lot 3: Specialist planning ELT (high current, low current and MSR) in the systems in cost groups 440 and 450 and 480 Lot 4: Specialist planning Medicin technology and equipment. For the BA extension of the rescue center, the orders for planning services are each for the LPH 1-9 and for the BA conversion of the reception station, the orders for planning services are initially for the LPH 1-5 with an option for the LPH 6-9 (gradual commissioning and...ter subject to the granting of funding for the BA conversion of the reception station). The option must be exercised by the client until the end of the calendar year 2025.
