- The subject of the tender procedure is the planning service free systems according to §§ 38 - 40 HOAI 2021, performance phases 1 to 3 and 4 to 9 (optional, gradually assignment) for the redesign of Friemannplatz plus special services. The service phase 7 is only partially commissioned.The planning is to be drawn up on the basis of the urban planning study created by the Planokal office in close cooperation between the open-air plant planner, the civil engineering office and the environmental and green area office.
