Planning services Transport facilities - redesign station district West Offenburg
The city intends a comprehensive Redesign of the WEST station quarters in 2026 to 2031. The award is the award -winning urban development draft of the Office Working Group Factor Gruen, Thomas Schueler Architects and Fichtner Water & Transportation. The framework plan provides for a variety of measures that both the traffic structures as well as the residence and design qualities of the district should improve. The central element form the conversion of the main street into a green boulevard, the redesign of the station forecourt, new construction of a central bus station (ZOB) and the funding of cycling. All planning services for the transport systems in accordance with HOAI § 45 ff., Ingenieurbauen according to HOAI § 43 ff, structural engineering according to HOAI § 39 ff, as well as special services such as local construction supervision - until completion and coordination with providers of the supply infrastructure are hereby advertised.
