In this procedure, the client intends to assign an order about planning services of the performance of object planning interiors (§ 34 HOAI) and technical equipment (§ 55 HOAI).
Planning services for the renewal of the Stoecken power plant control center
Enercity Netz GmbH operates in the future a central control station (ECC) to control and monitor network, production and energy trade processes in the city of Hanover. In the future, a redundant conductor must be available to ensure the monitoring and control of the processes. To do this, one floor in one Existing buildings are converted accordingly. The service to be provided includes detailed planning and design of the entire control center area (building stone) and the technical infrastructure that is necessary for smooth operation. The planning of the control room furniture as well The actual system technology of the conductor (usage-specific systems, plant group 7 according to HOAI, in particular KVM system, video halls, etc.) is not part of the scope of services and is provided by an already commissioned control center.
