Description:
What is required are services in accordance with the service profile for property planning in accordance with Appendix 10 to § 34 HOAI and services for structural planning in accordance with the service profile in accordance with Appendix 14 to § 51 HOAI. The scope of services includes all necessary basic services and Special services in service phases 1 to 9. If it becomes apparent during the offer phase that not all basic services are required, a reduction in the scope of services is negotiable according to the Siemon table HOAI. With the working group a step-by-step contract is agreed. The first stage provides for the commissioning of service phases 1-4. In a second stage, service phases 5-9 will continue to be commissioned. The measure is financed from state funds (Regional Association Ruhr (RVR)) financed.
