Description:
The island city of Malchow intends the roof renovation of the Malchow House 4 monastery. House 4 (38-39) is owned by the island city of Malchow. In the course of the constant implementation of the monastery and museum concept, use as a depot for the organ museum (Kloster 26), administrative areas for the Museum complex and workshops. The structural condition is dilapidated on 06.05.2025. Basically, the preservation of the historical and listed building substance is sought. The island city of Malchow has as part of urban development with the 2025 urban development agency for receive the planning services of the measure. As of May 24, 2025, there is a cost estimate of EUR 1,719,694 gross for roof renovation.
Lot 1 object planning building and interiors
Object planning Buildings and interiors, performance phases 1-9 according to § 34 HOAI, including inventory.
In Los 1 Object planning Buildings and interiors must ensure a construction site presence of at least 1 x per week in the LP 8. If necessary, a higher presence must also be guaranteed.
In addition, the bidder has to manufacture the inventory. A flat rate must be offered for this.
