Description:
The client intends to assign the specialist planning of the technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI in accordance with RBBau (as of 2021) for the construction of an arms chamber building, the service phases 3 - 8. The building provides 13 arms chambers and 7 arms cleaning rooms, which are over twoMain trains can be entered. The spatial requirements are included in the confirmed ES building, including the test remarks. The net space area per building is approx. 2,400 m2. The project will be built on a construction site. The construction period should be approx. 18 months. According to confirmed ES buildingthe construction costs (including proportionate use of construction costs) are set at € 10,399,000. The total scope of the services in accordance with § 55 HOAI includes the service phases 3 - 4. An optional continuation of the service phases 5 - 8 is planned.
