- The Catholic parish of Friedrichsthal St. Michael is currently intended to build a new meeting of a meeting place for use as a multifunctional event location for the parish of St. Michael and the city of Friedrichsthal (see Appendix 1 Performance Description). The meeting placeis built on an area next to the parish church. The preliminary planning, including the location plan for replacement new construction, is included as Appendix 2 from the already implemented realization competition. After the planning services for object planning as a result of the implementation competitionThe other specialist planning services are now to be advertised. For this purpose, the services of the structure planning according to § 51 HOAI, the services of the technical equipment (Agr. 1-8) in accordance with Section 53, are the services for building physics (thermal insulation and energy balance, construction acoustics,Room acoustics) according to Appendix 1 No. 1.2 HOAI and the services of the fire protection detection according to AHO issue No. 17. The building application is planned by the end of 2025to be submitted.
