Description:
The municipality of Merchweiler intends to convert the elementary school to the fight and the new extension for the FGTS (see Appendix 2 content conditions). For this purpose, the services of the structure planning according to § 51 HOAI and the services of the technical equipment are separated into AGR 1-3 and 7as well as AGR 4-6 and 8 according to § 53 HOAI. At the same time, the services of the object planning are currently being advertised. With regard to the schedule, it can be assumed that the planning work must be started immediately after the order was awarded. The primary school is planned until mid -2027 (startSchool year 27/28) to be manufactured ready for occupancy.Stried "and the extension of the FGTS in the municipality of Merchweiler-Wemmetetsweiler. The present mandate includes the basic services of the aforementioned planning services in the following performance phases:-LPH 1: Basic determination,-LPH 2: preliminary planning,-LPH 3: Design planning,-LPH 4:Approval planning.
