Technical equipment, plant group 7 (here: kitchen engineering systems) according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 2-3 and 5-9, for the construction of a new high school with a triple sports hall, underground garages, underground garages and a 3-group creche at See Austria, 80538 Munich, city district 1-Lehel.
The usage admission of the school and the creche is planned at the beginning of the school year 2030/31. The current existing school is completely canceled before the construction work begins. The area of the building plot is approx. 6,789m2. The property to be built is as a common area forEducation (e). The property is part of a range of measures shown in the land use plan to improve the green equipment in the district 1. Section 34 BauGB applies, there is no right-wing B plan. The clarified, maximum possible installation spaceshows the structural sketch attached as an investment. It can be assumed from a construction volume of approx. 20,000 m2 GGF. The draft for the new building is currently being developed with solution sketches as part of a VGV process and will be completed in January 2025.
