Description:
Engineering services of the technical. Equipment in accordance with paragraph 53 ff. HOAI, system groups 4, 5, 6 and 8 with LPH 2-3, 5-6, 8-9 for the general repair of the Thomas-Mann-Gymnasium in 81477 Munich.
The state capital of Munich is planning the general renovation of the school as part of the school building offensive The former "Thomas-Mann-Gymnasium" at Drygalski Allee 2, in the 19th district of Forstenried.
There is to be a general renovation of the main building including an extension (expansion to a 4-class high school G9 with an adapted learning house concept) as well as a new construction of a triple sports hall.
As a result, the existing double sports hall and the two wooden pavilions are to be demolished.
The main focus of the general repair is the dismantling measures including the re-use concept, Fire protection renovation, static improvement as well as the renovation or renewal of the technical equipment.
The requirements regarding certifications and funding must be taken into account.
The over-planning and redesign of the entire property (outdoor facilities) are also part of the measure.
