Description:
Planning system technology for system group 7 in accordance with §53 HOAI for LPH 2-9 for the new construction of a fire and rescue service school.
A new fire brigade and rescue service school is to be built on the approximately 20,000 m2 site for the training and further training of professional fire brigades and volunteer fire brigades The site of fire station 2 Sendling is being built at Aidenbachstrasse 7. The approved, preliminary user requirements program (NBP) shows a usable area 16 of approximately 22,000 m2 and is included with the facilities. Property and urban development goals: The property to be developed is located in Sendling between the Aidenbach and Boschetsrieder Strasse, near Ratzinger Platz. The property is within the scope of development plan 245a; development plan A1769a is currently being drawn up for the southern area of Ratzinger Platz. The aim is to create a structure that corresponds to the urban development goals to develop a design-appealing building cubature, taking user needs and space program into account, and to accommodate it on the land that currently belongs to the fire department and the Muenchner Stadtsparkasse. The construction of the new building will take place during ongoing operations at Fire Station 2. The plans for the basic variant created as part of the preliminary construction request serve as orientation for further planning.
