Description:
Engineering services for technical equipment, Annex Group 3 (LTA) LPH 3-9 in accordance with Section 53 HOAI 2021, gradual commissioning.
The system dates from the time of Construction of the building and is no longer functional. Designed for the information desk/comm area. The center and multi-purpose room may not be used in accordance with the meeting place regulations (5,270 m³/h, external pressure 300 Pa, heater with 77.47 kW with heating water from the central building in the basement at 60/40 C supplied). Lower-level rooms such as toilets and elevator machine rooms are ventilated mechanically using individual roof fans.
The requirements of ASR A3.6 (regarding continuous and shock ventilation) are not met. The creation of the necessary ventilation cross-sections to implement the concept of free ventilation appears to be extensive and insufficient. A push against copyright law and furniture installations in the premises do not make decentralized devices possible. The renewal stipulates that the air distribution in heavily frequented rooms, such as group rooms, sports areas and Common rooms are optimally designed (according to AMEV specifications). The usable area of the building is approx. 1,560 square meters (ground floor + upper floor).
The air quality must comply with DIN EN 13779 (indoor air quality in public buildings), and the noise level must not meet the maximum requirements according to VDI 2569 about...
