The project includes the construction of a replacement power connection for the Petrol station of the barracks and the changeover of the field level from the Sauter make of Sieemens. The changeover is planned in 31 buildings with a total of approx. 5,000 data points in several sections. The construction pad part I-IV is created and the basic determination LPH 1 is completed. A Building automation concept (GAK) from 2020 is available and is provided. It is intended to provide the planning and engineering services for technical equipment (plant groups 4 and 5) in accordance with § 55 HOAI for LP 2 in a first stage and optionally the further performance phases LPH 5-8 in to award further stages. Construction costs (gross) according to the cost estimate: € 5,400,000
