Description:
The subject of the tender is planning services of the technical equipment, sewage, water and gas systems, heat supply systems, air-technical systems, according to Part 4, Section 2, § 53 ff, HOAI 2021
The planning task refers to the renovation and conversion measures of the building stockAccording to the overview plans of the renovation sections from BA8 (see Appendix Plan document "Overview of construction sections" of 06.02.2025).

The upcoming construction phases 8 and 9 include expected construction costs of approx. EUR 11.8 million gross or total construction costs of approx. EUR 16.7 million gross. (StatusFeb. 2025).
The required construction measures for BA8 should be carried out within a period of around 2 years and will then be continued immediately with the BA9.Area.
